Typically students apply to companies they had heard about via word of mouth. This platform allows employers to reach out to students with opportunities they might not have previously considered, but which are better suited for them.
2. Match students with the right opportunities
We are selective with the companies we allow on the platform, we only allow companies offering suitable opportunities – considering a range of parameters.
3.Reduce the application time for students
Students at top universities are stretched already. It’s unnecessarily time-consuming for them to spend time applying for jobs that they might never hear back from. It takes two minutes to join our platform and from that point students will start hearing from interested companies.
4.Give companies targeted access to students
We want companies to be able to directly contact the candidates they need for their business to continue being successful. We try to minimise non-targeted advertising of opportunities on our platform.
